What we do

Beforehand:
In-depth planning and advice

We take a proactive lead in the concept, planning and coordination for your big day. When it comes to requesting and sifting through quotes from service providers, suppliers and venues, we know what’s what. And if environmental sustainability and social justice are important to you, we make sure your event hits the mark.

On the day:
Reassuring expertise at your side

We will be at the venue to look after your guests, with discretion, expertise and the right answer up our sleeves. Our core skills include managing guests and attendees as well as organising event travel and shuttle services. We will also take care of booking celebrities, ticketing and seating, not to mention managing hospitality and that all-important red carpet. Data protection and GDPR-compliance are integral to our process. And where necessary we will make adjustments to fine tune the experience during the event itself, finding tailored solutions quickly and efficiently.

Post-event:
Analysis and evaluation

We take stock of how the event went and make sure there is a full debrief. This also includes preparing social media content to create a lasting impression.
